Is it just me or the world is turning rapidly? I'm turning 27 on May 2nd and I haven't decided yet what I'll do on my birthday. When I was 14 I was involved in a theater company in the Philippines that focuses on environment. We travel abroad frequently but in consequence this made me celebrate my birthday away from my family and up to now living in the US doesn't help at all. I have checked the flight fare to Manila, Philippines and because it is summer over there the prices the last time I've checked has gone up to almost $2000. Last year I celebrated my birthday in a tiny filipino restaurant near Union Square in NYC with a small group of friends. So I guess this year I'll celebrate my birthday in NYC with my good friends.
